Our health assessments consist of a physical checkup, nutritional advice, energy treatment & clearing, detox, lifestyle coaching, breathing & therapy techniques . This usually takes approximately 2hrs. One session may be enough but we may recommend a course of return visits, the number depending on each individual's needs.
